home made KFC chicken

Ingredients 

chicken breasts  - 500 g
oats - 1/4 cup
white flour  - 1/4 cup 
cornflour - 1/4 cup 
pepper powder - 1 tsp 
salt - to taste
red chilli powder - 1 tsp 
milk - 1/4 cup
egg - 1
oil - for frying

Method
Beat the egg in bowl , add milk and again whisk for 2 minutes. In a plate mix oats, flour , cornflour , pepper ,red chilli powder and salt . keep aside. clean the chicken breasts and cut in to desired shape . kfc chicken are made with skin . you can make it with skin or without skin as your choice .i preferred without skin . Then take the chicken pieces, stripe it  with a knife . Dip the chicken piece in to the egg-mlik mixture . Then roll it in to the flour mixture.  At the same time , take some oil in a kadai / voke and make  it  ready for frying the chicken . Then add the chicken piece in to moderately heated oil and fry it until done. Give party to your children with some baked potato wedges and ketchup .
